3 hours with Jill
Book priority appointments with Jill totalling 3 hours, ideal for those weekly Advanced Lymphatics sessions or EMMETT Technique for RSI, of if you need extra TLC say before and after surgery

Full Bow-EMM Therapy session
Original signature combined EMMETT Technique and Bowen Therapy – usually to check & balance the whole body, great for muscular tension, relaxation and maintenance.

Advanced Lymphatics session
Have a regular session to maintain wellness, fabulous for fluid retention, ideal for supporting chronic conditions, before and after surgeries, giving your body a boost as well as relaxing.

Single Issue EMMETT Technique
Previously only available at events, this short session is ideal for addressing those single issues that trouble us all from time to time, and only need a ‘tweak’, often call the 10 minute EMMETT.

Payments
Appointment Booking with Jill – payment
After booking with Jill you will be emailed a calendar invite or booking confirmation, followed by an invoice at the beginning of the week of your appointment. This invoice will detail your payment options which will be online*, by bank transfer before your appointment, or you can pay by cash at your appointment.
Appointment Booking with Paul – payment
After booking with Paul you can pay by cash at your appointment, if you would like to pay by card please let Paul know in advance.
Payments at events
At festivals & events Cash is preferred, although we may be able to take card payments using Charge (*Charge for Stripe App) where there is a good mobile signal.
Please ask Jill or Paul for details and to check eligibility for card payments as some restrictions may apply
*Card payments taken using Stripe via link on the Invoice, or at events using Charge for Stripe app on our iPad/iPhone depending upon mobile signal.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy – Appointments
Cancellation by client
Clients who need to cancel or re-arrange appointments are requested to give at least 2 working days notice, (Monday-Friday)
Appointments cancelled by client without at least 2 working days notice may be charged the full fee for that appointment, which will be invoiced payable within 7 days.
Non-Attendance by client
None attendance to appointment without notification will be charged the full fee for that appointment, invoice payable within 7 days.
New clients who fail to attend without notification may be requested to make full non-refundable payment in advance before another appointment is booked, this will not be refunded if the client again fails to attend.
Cancellation by us
On the rare occasions we have to cancel your appointment, we will do our best to re-arrange to a convenient time with you. We may also ask if you wish to change therapist where only one of us may be unavailable.
Should we be held up on our way to your appointment, we will do our best to notify you as long as it’s safe to do so.
Cancellation policy – EMM-Tech Course
Course confirmation
On the rare occasion the minimum number of students have not booked for a date, the course will be cancelled, this will be no later than 14 days/2 weeks before the course date.
Cancellation fees – Cancellation by participant
- more than 21 days before the course: refund will be payment made less the £30 non refundable booking fee.
- between 21 – 8 days of the course: 50% of the full course payment made will be refunded
- within 7 days of the course: No refund will be given
- for non-attendance: No refund will be given
Course cancellation
In the unlikely event that the course does not go ahead, you will be offered an alternative date, or a refund less the booking fee where payment has been made.
